Richard West is board certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar and The National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has been in private practice for more than 30+ years specializing in marital and family law. He has extensive experience in cases dealing with complex financial matters, including the valuation of closely held corporations, professional practices and incentive stock options.

Caryn Green has limited her practice exclusively to Marital and Family Law since her admission to the Florida Bar in 1996. Caryn promotes problem solving by utilizing appropriate dispute resolution methods designed to avoid expensive litigation, whenever possible. This problem solving approach preserves relationships and minimizes costs and fees. However, when necessary she is an aggressive, dynamic and effective trial lawyer.

Susan Savard attended Barry University School of Law, and attained her Juris Doctor, May, 2005, Magna Cum Laude.  She was the  Co-Valedictorian of the Full-Time Division and Editor-in-Chief, Barry Law Review, 2004-2005 academic year.

Shane Herbert obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Health Science from Indiana University-Bloomington in 2005. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2010. After spending the first five years of his career practicing Marital and Family Law in Jacksonville, Florida, he relocated to Orlando to join the team at West, Green & Associates, P.L.

Kristin Mentzer received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in May of 2008.  Kristin received her Bachelor of Science, with honors, from the University of Florida in May 2003.  She has nearly 7 years of experience in the areas of commercial litigation, civil practice, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and contract disputes.
